  It is mainly made by medical polymer materials, namely medical PU film and medical pressure-sensitive adhesive, with both sides protected by type materials.

  AB5454LV PU, produced by VIX of South Korea, is made into thin film through the process of coating and drying by heat, then the film is spead by medical adhensive which is manufactured by Henkel; type material is provided by Wenzhou Xili, Zhejiang province. The next step lies in slitting, formation and package. Surgical Incision Protective Film is packed by single aseptic packaging bag which remains perfectly sealed, amid medium package or master package used in line with different specifications. Our product is for single use onlyand need to be removed according to specific patient’s situation. It is expected to protect the cut before or during surgery in order to keep from cross infection, which does not contact dermis. Moreover, PU film plays the role of isolating water and bacteria and medical pressure-sensitive adhensive is in the function of fixing.
