In order to avoid long-time thermal sterilization of high temperature beer due to the stopping work of the bottle-out belt, the control system provides the function that the set water temperature (68`C)at high temperature area goes down to 58`C automatically while the set water temperature (62`C)at the sterilization area goes down to 60`Cautomatically. When the failure is resolved, the set temperature returns automatically and begins to increase. When the water temperature reaches the set temperature, the main drive starts up and the equipment works normally.

The machine applies the pasteurization principle. The bottled beer is first sterilized and filled, then running continuously and gently at the bottle conveying belt, going through eight temperature areas and the yeast is sterilized at a certain spraying temperature and sterilization time so as to prolong the storage life of bottled beer.
