PVA foam wipes / PVA sponge wipes
The ingredient of PVA sponge is 100% Polyvinyl Alcohol by
Foaming process, Compared with the knitted fabric wipes and
non-woven wipe, PVA sponge wipes is non-linting, non-
scratching and super Hydrophilic with porosities from 85% to
95%, can absorb and holds water and most liquids up to 12
times its dry weight in short time, and good chemical
resistance including acids, bases, and organic solvents,
elasticity and tensile strength properties help provide
durability and allow the material to last much longer than
other materials even under the most difficult conditions, it
is also reusable, simply wash as necessary, PVA wipes is
soft and static-free with amazing wiping effect can widely
used in microelectronic industry, biology, LCD, optics
apparatus, semiconductor, pharmacy, food and so on.
Other qualities of PVA Sponge wipes include:
* Rigid, totally straight and flat when dry, soft when wet
* Mechanically strong, abrasion resistant
* Cells are inter-connected
* Non-aging, lasts almost forever
* Natural color is white (may be manufactured in many
colors)
* Burns without toxic gases
* Heat resistant to 176oF (80oC) wet, 248oF (120oC) dry
* Warm or hot water softens PVA sponge faster than cold
water
