• PurCotton is our patented and innovative product; We'd like to introduce it to you. PurCotton is Spunlaced non-woven material made of 100% NATURAL USA cotton, and began mass production in 2007. Different from other suppliers and synthetic non-woven, PurCotton uses unbleached cotton as raw material, through clearing, carding, spunlace, we put the unbleached roll into a kier to bleach and dry. The highest temperature in the kier remains 130 centi-degree for more than 1 hour, which ensures PurCotton with the lowest bioburden (≤ 100cfu/g). Meanwhile, crosslapping make tensile strength much stronger in both MD and CD.
  
  We have sold PurCotton material to the global market for many different applications, such as in medical, hygiene, feminine care, baby care, cosmetic fields.
