  This kit includes a pair of HBV specific primers, one single-strand HBV specific fluorescence probe, PCR reaction solution, thermostable DNA polymerase (Taq DNA polymerase), four nucleotide monomers (deoxynucleoside triphosphates, dNTPs). The HBV DNA is to be detected by in vitro PCR amplification. The detection limit of this kit is 5.0× 102 IU/ml.
