• Our company is specializing in producing & exporting medical textiles, mainly on reusable polyester surgical gowns, slide sheets / transfer sheets, polyester inherently flame retardant nightwear/pyjama suits, laundry bags / hampers, to UK & other European countries.
  
  The surgical gowns are manufactured using
  
  Fluid repellent, breathable, 100% microfibre polyester fabrics, 93G/M2, in body & sleeves
  Resistance to liquid penetration - method of hydrostatic pressure (Applied Standard: EN20811, year 1992)
  After 75 times washing: 390 mm
  After 100 times washing: 340 mm
  
  99% polyester 1% carbon fibre, 72G/M2, in back sides. It's for ESD protection.
  
  They are designed to offer comfort and protection for procedures that have been designated as "normal" or standard risk.
  
  The gowns have a raglan sleeve design for comfort and ease of movement and are available with wrap around or side fastening ties. Closure at the neck is either with press-studs. They are available in either 1 or 2 ply fabric options.
  
  The fabrics and components used are all of polyester origin, allowing low cost processing. All components are designed to be autoclave and wash resistant for a minimum of 75 cycles.
  
  Features of the gowns include ESD protection, lightweight (approx. 275g), visible size colour coding, manufacturing traceablity label and ribbing cuffing.
