•  The product adopts high-purity refined medical sodium hyaluronate and is a kind of ideal adjuvant to ophthalmic surgery. With the average molecular weight of 1~2.4 millions, it contains 1-2% medical hyaluronate acid , has good kinematic viscosity, little deviation, and sufficient functions of forming anterior chamber and protecting corneal endothelium. The substance is a kind of high-viscoelasticity, sterile, non-pyrogenic, and nonantigenic macromolecular polysaccharide biomaterial. The preparation is packed in pre-filling and pre-sealing injector, which is easy to operate in operation.

  Functions and Mechanisms: viscoelastic liner function, pseudoplastic function, tissue isolation function, and viscous blockage function

  Application Scope: intracapsular and extracapsular cataract extraction, keratoplasty, glaucoma surgery, retinal decollement, phacoemulsification, ocular trauma surgery and ocular surgery.

  Specifications: 0.5ml/piece, 0.8ml/piece, and 1ml/piece 1.5ml/pieces.

   

  Pharmacological action
  The polysaccharide is composed of 1,4-β-linked disaccharides of D-glucuronosyl-1, 3-β-N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, which molecules in aqueous solution display marked stiffness and very limited configurational flexibility. There is much water in their spongy gap. When the molecules enlarge, the viscosity of the polysaccharide increase rapidly and with density raising, the elasticity of the solution increase correspondingly. Because of the possessing pseudoplasticity, it keeps stable shape in aqueous liquid and possesses the action of protecting cornea endothelium and is most idealest viscoelastic agent for ophthalmologic operation.
