  Features

  • Material and structure of chamber: The chamber takes special ceramic fiber material and patent technical design, possesses double chamber structure, with the characteristics of fast heating, no collapse in long term or powder dropping under high temper-ature, and no cracks if exceeding the preset temperature.
  • The control system takes modularized structure, the critical components designed for long service life, high acc-uracy of temperature control, stable and reliable.
  • It can be programmed to meet the needs of continuous constant temperature and temperature control in 10 seg-ments, realizing the automatic heating and constant temperature in fixed time. With the function of PID auto-setting, manual/automatic switch, giving an alarm if exceeding the preset temperature.
  • The temperature rises quickly, 5-20/min generally, electricity saving, time saving, energy saving for over 50%.
  • High accuracy of temperature control: temperature-exceeding regulation value 1-3.
