• One Step HBsAg (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) Test is a rapid direct binding test for the visual detection of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) in whole blood/serum/plasma as an aid in the diagnosis of hepatitis B infection. The Test is based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay for determination of HBsAg in whole blood/serum/plasma. Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies are employed to identify HBsAg specifically. Test results are read visually without any instrument. One Step HBV (5 in 1) Test is a rapid direct test for the visual detection of HBsAg, Anti-HBs, HBeAg, Anti-HBe, Anti-HBc. It is based on the principle of immunology and combined with colloidal gold technology. One Step ANTI-HCV (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) Test is a rapid direct binding test for the visual detection of hepatitis C antibodies (anti-HCV) in serum/plasma/whole blood as an aid in the diagnosis of hepatitis C infection. The Test is based on the principle of double antigen sandwich immunoassay for determination of anti-HCV in whole blood/serum/plasma. Purified recombinant antigens are employed to identify anti-HCV specifically. This one step test is very sensitive and only takes about 10-20 minutes.
