We are in process of NPD of the CT Table for one of the major USA client. I pull down your contacts through your site.
Right now we are in the preliminary stage of the design and feasibility study of the Couch part in the CT table (Medical).
We need to validate with actual design with POC, Based on the need to prepare prototype units for testing purpose.
Also I have attached a presentation for more info on the Couch component with Load info.
Please let me know the Table top (Couch) quotation with following info,
Raw Material = Carbon fiber (Consider General & Most available Grade for quotation)
Prototype Qty = 10 to 15 Nos
Annual Production Volume = 1500 to 2000 Nos.
Table Top Dimension details:
Table Length = 2480 mm
Table Width = 450 mm
Table Thickness = 50 mm
Table Top Profile:
Please consider the Couch profile as Rectangular shape with Flat profile in top surface. We will provide actual profile dimensions at the time final quotation stage.
Also please share component shipping information to India.
