My situation is the following.. One of my clients is requesting that we produce a formula that includes certain ingredients we are trying to acquire and are willing to pay for samples of. It is in the normal context of business protocol for us to occasionally request a product sample along with a Certificate of Anaysis/Authenticity (COA). This assures us and our clients that we are working with professional and reputable raw material providers, which is of course our minimum requirement in a successful and mutually profitable relationship.I would like to inquire about 2 products in particular. My questions for you are as follows.. 1) What would be the cost (if available) to purchase minimum samples of Hai Long (English name: pipe-fish, Latin name: Syngnathus) and Hai Gou Shen (English name: Seal's Genitals, Latin name: Callorhini Seu Phocae Testis et Penis) including shipping and COA's, and 2) how long would it take to receive the samples and COA's after you receive payment?If these ingredients are available, thank you for assisting us in fulfilling our client's request in an expeditious manner.
