A barrier polyer-gel is present at the tube bottom, which will form a barrier separating serum from fibrin and cells during centrifugation. It can prevent substance exchange between cell and serum, guaranteeing biochemical character and chemical componets of serum unchanged for a long time.
2. Specimen: Serum. It's used for serum determinations in chemistry.
3. Specs: 13*75mm, 13*100mm, 16*100mm.
4. Draw volume: 3-9ml.
5. Storage temperature: 4-25centigrade.
6. Max. Vacuum degree tolerance: 10%.
7. Invert the tube for 5-8 times and centrifuge for 5-10 minutes at 1100-1500g after 10-30 minutes' coagulation.
