Work principle
The sample is extracted into the filter units under the positive pressure of the peristaltic pump through a pump tube. Then filter out through a Millipore membrane whose aperture is 0.45um or 0.22um. Rinsing off the anti-microbial components and then inject suitable culture media into the units. Incubate under proper conditions to see if there is any germs grow and check weather the sample complies with the sterile requirements.
ZW-808A Features
1. The peristaltic pump owns self-protect function. It will stop working automatically when the moving block is opened. This avoids the possible injuries caused by improper manipulations.
