ZW-2008 germs collector is the main part of ZW sterility test system. The whole body is designed by L304 stainless steel which meets the requirements of medicine instruments in classified room. It is antirust which extend the machine's lifespan and reduced the costs caused by maintenance and fixing. No sanitation blind angle on the surface avoids chemical's corrosion.
Work principle
The sample is extracted into the filter units under the peristaltic pump's correctional pressure. The microorganism in the sample is withheld on the Millipore membrane whose aperture is 0.22um or 0.45um. Rinsing the membrane to get rid of anti-microbial components and then inject the needed culture media into the incubator. Incubate under proper conditions to see if there is any germs grow and check whether the test article comply with the requirements of pharmaceutical standard.

4. Bottle-shaped frame eliminates the troubles caused by the traditional big-bottle frame and small-bottle frame. And also saved the risk of bottles' falling. The bottle-shaped frame will fix the bottles firmly which is secure and beautiful.
5. Cycle bayonet design: The traditional angle bayonet brings a lot of troubles when install the soft tube, and sometimes even tear the tube which causes economic losses. But now with the cycle bayonet, you can easily install the tube with light fasten.
6. Integration switches design: Avoid too much holes on the surface that keep the body clean.
7. Ergonomically designed wrench, you can fasten the tube easily.
8. Adding a footswitch make the test more convenient.
