Blood Collection Needle Assembly Machine
Main Application
This assembly machine is mainly used for automatic
production of
pen style multi-sample needle. It consists of fully
automatic
labeling machine and automatic assembly machine and
automatic
assembly machine. It can finish feeding, needle inserting,
gluing,
drying, latex cover loading, needle tip silicify, front
and rear
protective cover loading, stickers posting and counting
automatically. All processes are finished in automatic
line without
touch of human body.
Characteristics
1. Power consumption: 17 kilowatts.
2. Output: 36PCS/13-15seconds, 5-6operators/production
line.
3. It is made of high technology design. It adopts
advanced
technical means and humanized design with stable
performance and
convenient maintenance.
