Main Features:
1) Instant heat up to approximate 54 Celsius when activated.
2) Can be reused more than a hundred times by following the
instruction.
3) Can be used outdoor for physiotherapy.

cramps arthritis pain and tenontodynia.
5) To recharge: Place the hot pack in boiling water with
cloth below, note, prevent the plastic bag from contacting
the bottom of the pot for about 5 minutes or until all the
crystal is dissolved.
6) To activate: Place the metal inside between forefinger
and thumb, press against is to start crystallization, when
the crystallization completed, squeeze the hot pack to make
it soft and ready to use.
7) Excellent physiotherapy: Turn the protruding button
downwards, rub it until it becomes soft, this hot pack gives
soothing effect to rheumatic conditions of joints as well as
pain caused by abdomen, stomach, waist, leg, shoulder, neck
and nerves. It also stabilizes the body temperature in
winter.
8) Store: When boil the pack in water for 4-5 minutes until
it turned in liquid state, must put a piece of cloth under
it to prevent being damaged by heating and keep it into a
box after finished.
