Description:
HIV testing kit is a rapid direct binding-screening test for
the presence of antibodies to HIV 1, HIV 2 and HIV O
viruses. The test is based on the principle of double
antigen sandwich immunoassay for detection of Anti-HIV in
serum. Purified recombinant antigens are employed to
identify Anti-HIV specifically. This one step test is very
sensitive and only takes about 2-5 minutes. Test results are
read visually without any instrumentation.
Applications:
Used for the qualitative presumptive detection of antibodies
to HIV in human whole blood, serum, or plasma specimens.
This kit is intended to be used as an aid in the diagnosis
of HIV infection in Hospital, Clinical lab, physician office
and other professional organizations
