उत्पाद विवरण:	The Image Sensor is a complete X-ray detector intended to dental intra-oral imaging. It includes the following features: CCD Chip With X-ray Scintillator Proximity electronics Flexible cable with end connector Watertight housing. CCD Chip Definition: This chip is a full frame CCD Sensor, It operates in single field full frame mode, The figure 2 gives the general organization of this CCD Chip. The CCD array features 1200 useful lines and 800 usefull colomns of 25NM24NM pixels(elementary pixels). The image area is 30mm20mm. Elementary pixels of 25nm25nm can be binned in the two directions to achieve pixels of 50num50num, in these conditions, the image area includes 600lines with 400 pixels per line. The Pixel does not include any anti-blooming function. The image transfer in the sensitive area operates in 4-phase MPP mode. The chip includes one shift register to multiplex the columns, This readout shift register operates in 2-phase mode, it can operate in MPP mode. At first level of signal summing is possible in the readout register which is designed to store the signal of 2 contiguous lines of pixels of 25num at saturation level. A second level of signal summing is implemented at the end of the readout shift register, it is designed to sum 2 successive readout register samples along one line. The binning modes in the two directions are separated, Clocking diagrams allow either to activate or to inhibit the summing operations. The output amplifier consists of a reset transistor and a two-stage source follower amplifier.
