Tooth preparation
Follow usual procedures for tooth preparation.
Exposed dentin enamel must be protected by a calcium hidroxide preparation.
Glass ionomer or another sutable base can be used to make impressions or temporary restorations.
Remove temporary restorations.
Isolate and clean the teeth of any traces of temporary cement.
Apply silane or other treatment for the restoration following their manufacturers procedures.
