1. The self-expansion esophageal stent and anastomotic stenosis stent made of shape memorial titanium-nickel alloy is biocompatible and tolerant to erosion and it has stable characters of shape memory and super elasticity. The stent is intenerated in the condition of 0 to 10 Celsius degrees or in ice water, and its shape can be changed, so the stent is easy to be put into the introducer of 8mm. In the conditions inside the human body, where the temperature is more than 33 degree, the stent will come back to its original shape gradually after having been discharged from the introducer. Then the stent will engender a gentle radial tensile force and act on the inner wall of esophageal to expand the stenosis gradually and rebuilt the unobstructed passage.
2. The stent has a well super-elasticity in the condition of body temperature so it can fit the esophageal peristalsis. So the stent can keep the esophagus to be unobstructed while the patient has little uncomfortableness. After the structure of the stent having been specially designed, the uncomfortableness of the patient is much less.
3. Both ends of the stent are pliable and smooth without any sharp corners or spikes and can reduce the injuries to the esophageal wall.
4. The silastic film covering on the stens surface is biocompatible and can tilaerant to the erosion of gastric acid. And it can inhibit the tumor developing into the passage of esophagus and can block the esophageal fistula.
