One Step Torch IgM Rapid Screen Test
For the qualitative detection of Antibody against Torch in human serum
INTENDED USE
The Torch Rapid Test is a chromatographic immunoassay (CIA) for direct qualitative detection of Torch antibody in human serum or plasma
STORAGE
The pouched Cassette should be stored at 4in the sealed pouch before expiration date.
REAGENTS AND MATERIALS PROVIDED
1. A test cassette wrapped in foil pouch with a desiccant
2. Package Insert
PROCEDURE
1. Open a pouch containing a cassette, lay the cassette and make mark. From left to right is CMV, RV, TOX, HSV-I, HSV-II.
2. Carefully apply 70μl (2drops)of sample onto the sample well one by one
3. Read results within 15 minutes.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
Negative: Only one pink band appears on test region of the Cassette. This indicates that there is no detectable related antibody in the serum.
Positive: Two pink bands appear on test region of the Cassette. This indicates that the specimen contains detectable amount of related antibody.
Invalid: If no colored band appears on test region, this is an indication of a possible error in performing the test. The test should be repeated using a new device.
