1. The product looks rather simple, however, the tiny unilateral dent requires the precison of the mold to be rather special.
2. The de-molding of the under cover is very complex, inside, there are fixed pillars which are about 100mm lenghth.
3. The full set of the product is assembled by 9 parts.
4. The material is fireproofing PC/ABS 94V0 material, the material of the handle is PC/ABS and TPE, it is two-step injection molding.
