This comfortable heating pad applies directly to the skin and can be worn unnoticed under clothing as you go about your daily routine. For stiff neck, back and shoulder pain 1. Open pouch to activate warming pad. 2. Remove protective film. 3. Apply pad directly to area of discomfort, adhesive side towards skin, or toward clothing for delicate or aging skin. 4. For best contact with skin, apply to dry, flat area, free of moisture, oils or lotions. 5. Pad will not re-stick well once removes. Storage Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Store in a dry place. Warnings Product is air-activated do not open until ready to use. As any heat product, this pad has the potential to cause kin irritation or burns, particularly to elderly with aging skin. Do not use for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period in the same area. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity or irritation occurs, or if pad gets uncomfortably not. Keep out of reach of children and pets. For external use only. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control centre right away. If contents come in contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. Size: 10x14 cm
