Lancing device technical report
1.0product usage
It is used together with lancets to take blood samples from people's fingertips for clinic blood tests, which can release patients' pain feel and inside strain, lighten hospital personels' work intensity, also facilitate patients' operation by themselves.

The shell and main parts are moulded of ABS.
The spring is made of 65 Mn-steel.

3.2 appearance and structure
The outside appearance of the lancing device is intact.
Plastic handle is clean and smooth, which has no flaw, bubble, inpurity and other disfigurements.
3.3 match functions
The lancing device can be used to match with gerneral type lancets(diameter6.2± 0.1mm, pin stem20.4± 0.1mm). Lancets can be fixed into lancet carrier normally. There's no such phenomenones as lancets cannot be fixed into lancet carrier or lancets fall off automatically.

3.4 shoot functions
All parts of lancing device work in well, properl and can move smoothly;
Sliding barrel can be drawed back freely and can return to normal position automatically; Every parts and release button work in well and are ready for shoot, no obstruction and no looseness.
3.5 puncture function
Fix in appropriate lancets, screw adjuster to regulate the puncture depth into skin.
Grade 1: The puncture depth is 1.3± 0.2mm
Grade 9: The puncture depth is 2.5± 0.2mm
