Chemical Testing Standard
1\Reductive Matte(ml): Compared with the standard liquid, the difference of dissolving KMno4 shall not exceed 2.0ml
2\Heavy metal: The color of the sample solution shall not be thicker than that of the standard liquid
3\Acidity and Alkalinity: Compared with the standard liquid, the pH difference value shall not exceed 1.0
4\Residue on Evaporation(mg): Totally not exceed 2 mg
5\UV absorption: ≤ 0.1 under the wavelength of 250~320nm
6\Fluorescence Matter: Under 365nm UV light, No strong blue fluorescence found
Biological Characteristics
1\Bacterium Endotoxin: Bacterium endotoxin shall be less than 0.5 EU/ml
2\Hemolysis: No hemolysis reaction
3\Acute systemic toxicity: No acute systemic toxicity reaction
Flow Rate
The filter shall deliver no less than 1000ml of blood at(23± 2)degree in 30mins with a pressure difference of 10kPa, and it shall also deliver no less than 500ml of blood in 2mins under a pressure difference of 30kPa above atmospheric pressure.
Filtration Rate
The filter shall no less than 80%
