To shorten the time of blood coagulate, coagulant is applied to the internal wall of tube. To make the serum separation faster and better and promote the one-tube operation during the whole test process and serum storage, serum separation gel can be added to the tube. The coagulant-added evacuated test tube shall be slightly overturned and mixed for 5 to 8 times following collection (Refer to Precautions for details).
