    Freeze dryer covers a rang of application from multiuser centralized laboratory application pilot plant determination work etc. it is a free standing , castor mounted unit with a fully accessible cabinet it is supplied with a powerful double stage vacuum pump

    Standard laboratory model with hermetically sealed compressor gives temp up to -400C. Condenser trap is provided at non-magnetic SS dished bottom for complete effluent removal. Refrigerant coils made of copper are heavily insulated for maximum efficiency.temp is adjustable up to -400C and is maintained automatically by digital temp. Controller. Vacuum drum heaving 22.8 cm dia and 25.4 cm height is made up of non-magnetic SS with Perspex top cover and incorporates 8/12 quick seal valves/ports for manifold drying. Double stage vacuum pumps. Sample port heaving vacuum 1X10-3 torr model gauge. Sample port heaving 12.5mmouter dia provided for quick drying . electric vacuum indicator, PIRANI gauge is used. Specially designed temp indicator to read temp as low as-400C,mounted on front panel. A esthetically designed cabinet in steel gives a pleasant look, suitable to work on 220V, single phase, 50Hz, AC supply.
