  Installation & Maintenance:

  It is required to follow suitable safety regulations:

  1.  The pipeline should be clean without pollution.

  2.  To be installed as required. But it is preferred to make the executing unit face upward.

   Pay attention to flow direction.

  3.  When connecting the valves, be sure to aim at the pipe. Only with special requirement

  of the user can the executing unit be taken down.

  4.        Before opening or repairing the angle seat valve, cut off the flow and control air source

  and lower the pressure in the pipeline system.

  Notice:

  Characters for selecting flow direction A:

  1.  When selecting such flow direction, the service life the product can be prolonged.

  2.  When the working medium is liquid, selection of such flow direction may prevent

   impact by water hammer.

  3.        For products with diameter of φ15, φ20 and φ25, the working pressure

  should be below 0.3MPa. Otherwise, you should choose to use double acting executors.

  For products with diameter of φ32 and φ40, you must choose double acting type with

  size ofφ100.

  For products with diameter of φ50, you must choose double acting type with size ofφ125.

  Characters for selecting flow direction B:

  When the working medium is steam or gas, if you choose such flow direction, you may

   improve the fluid sealing performance of the products. However, as the V-seal ring in

   the valve long time contacts working medium, it will force certain affect on the service

   life of the products. Besides, when the working medium is liquid, theres no prevention

   from impact of water hammer.
