    XD 236  AutoBlot System is designed to operate the Western Blot kit automatically. It is used widely for immunoassay in disease control center, clinic lab, hospital, blood center, institute, university, or other academic organizations.

    XD 236 minimizes the possibility that the operator touches the potential infective blood sample to the utmost. The fully close system provides good protection for the operator. XD 236 minimizes the testing errors caused by the surroundings vary (temperature control) and different operators. Precise solution distributing and aspirating system ensures the testing result consistency and prevent the cross contamination between samples.

    Intended Application

    The system is widely applied in the automatic test with Western Blot method. It is used to test HIV, HCV, HTLV, HP, etc. virus diseases, autoantibodies ENA  (Extractable Nuclear Antigens) relative to in Rheumatic diseases, specific allergen and other diseases.

    4. Specially designed aspirating pins ensure no cross contamination

        New type aspirating pins with double solution levels and oblique mouth and negative pressure

        Automatic washing: it can wash each channel automatically according to the requirement

        Positioning function: It can adjust and position the moving parts of aspirating arm and distributing arm

        Distributing pump calibration: It can calibrate the distributing pump volume

    5. Automatic peristaltic pump calibration

        The volume of peristaltic pump can be calibrated automatically

    6. Fully close tubing system

        Provide good protection for the operator

    7. Others

        Preprograms can be locked and unlocked

        Alarm function: can set to alarm when reagent or substrate is added, waste spills over or the test is over

        Help function: to help setup the name of distributing pump, item lock and unlock, search, etc.
