    The fully automatic XD 511 Urinary Sediment System Workstation is an intellectualized and unattended laboratory instrument to provide an automated analysis for formed elements in urine. It is widely used in clinic labs, nephropathy examination and other urine analysis.

     

    Traditional urinary sediment examination with the microscope needs intensive manual work, which gives rise to a great deal of errors. It is not easy for the fulfillment of external quality assessment and standardization operation, not to mention the quantitative measure. Whats more, Traditional way will pollute the environment. The fully automatic XD 511 Urinary Sediment System Workstation will solve all these problems.

     

    The fully automatic XD 511 Urinary Sediment System Workstation is an intellectualized and integrated analysis system consisting of the main unit, the microscope, CCD image capture system, the computer (including display and printer), and fully automatic urinary sediment recognition software.

     

    Equipped with a sample disc, the main unit conveys the sample automatically to the flow cell on the microscope stage. The image of the sample in the field of the flow cell is magnified by the microscope and then captured by the CCD and conveyed to the computer for processing. The image is showed on the display. At the same time, the fully automatic urinary sediment recognition software reads, identifies each formed element in urine. Finally, a quantitative urinalysis report is printed out automatically.

     

    The fully automatic XD 511 Urinary Sediment System Workstation is made into a whole system by unifying several elaborate parts to work together. It is flexible for the user to select different configuration according to actual demand. It is also very convenient for the user to maintain and repair or replace the parts.
