  • Product Detials:Transparent film dressing HP is made of high-permeable polyurethane (PU) film, the unique grid pattern adhesive makes the MVTR of Transparent film dressing HP up to 3000g/m2/24h/37° . Various sizes and styles are provided for I. V. Catheter and PICC. Nowadays, in the area of venous catheter care, easier operations and patient comfort become more and more important, Transparent film dressing HP was born to solve these problems, and brings greater advantages beyond normal transparent film dressing, non-woven fabric, cotton gauze.

    Characteristics:

    1. Significantly permeable to water vapour 4 times more than ordinary films. This prevents the accumulation of moisture underneath the dressing.

    2. The higher permeability of Transparent film dressing HP keeps the skin drier, improving dressing adherence and reducing the number of unscheduled dressing changes.

    3. Transparent PU film prevents outer bacteria, reducing bacterial growth and the risk of catheter-related infection.

    4. Transparent film dressing HP is transparent and so allows regular inspection of the catheter insertion site for signs of infection or phlebitis without the need for dressing removal.

    5. Transparent film dressing HP is waterproof and allows the patient to shower with the dressing in situ.

    6. The highly conformable film allows the patient to move dressing freely and yet will remain firmly adhered. It is suit for different body part.

    7. Its low allergy adhesive and highly permeable film help prevent skin maceration or irritation.

    8. The unique grid pattern adhesive makes dressing removal easier than with ordinary films. It reduces pain on removal and leaves less adhesive residue on the patients skin.
