  Usage Dosage: External use. Start to use 2 days ahead of menses with one plaster per day, which keeps 10 hours, and four days is one period of treatment. During or before or after the menses belongs to viaal energy deficiency dysmenorrhea. Apply the plaster to the Sanyinjiao acupoint.
