    "IRENE" Bone Plates

     

    1. Material

    TA3GB/T13810 --ISO5832-2,  Ti6Al4V  (GB/T13810ISO5832-3)

    2. Intended Purpose

    Medical Implants for treatment of bone fractures, Osteotomies, and Malunions which should be used together with proper screws for good fixation. The implants are Anatomy of Design, belong to the third degree medical device, and should be approved before use. According to the human limb bones, mainly two kinds of bone plates, straight bone plate and Special-shaped plate.

    Metal Bone Plates are used to fix and compress the broken ends of fractured bone.

    -Dynamic hip screw and Dynamic condylar Screw Systems are used to treat fractures on distal or proximal ends of the femur.

    -Reconstructive Bone Plates are used to treat fractures of irregular bones, such as the pelvic, clavicle, skull and so on.

    -The condylar plates are used to treat intercondylar fractures of the four limbs and joints.

    -Limited Contact Dynamic Compression Plates (LC-DCP) are used to treat diaphysis fractures of four limbs.

    3. Storage condition

    The Bone Plate is packaged in the Neutral cleaner bag, which is PE + dialysis paper, after airtight sealing, put it into the dust-proof plastic bag in the general level and seal the bag.

    The Bone Plates should be stored at room temperature, relative humidity should be less than 80%, Non-corrosive gases.
