        *Tube with black cap, called ESR Tube , with additive of 0.129mol/LSodium Citrate(1:4). widely used used in blood collection andanticoagulation for sedimentation rate test. It contains a 3.8%buffered tri-sodium citrate solution (0.129mol/l) 1:4 to blood.

        *Usage for for whole blood test:
    The evacuated blood specimen collection tube for whole blood test isspecially treated for 2 times to maximum ensure the stability ofbiological and physicochemical property of blood specimens compositionwithin a relatively long period. The physicochemical property, purity,concentration, PH value, clarity, osmotic pressure, etc of additivesmeet the requirements of Pharmacopeia of China for injections. The tubeshall be slightly overturned and mixed for 8 times after collection andduring test to ensure anticoagulant effect of blood specimen and thehomogeneous phase distribution of haemocyte.
