  • Product Detials:Medicine Hyaluronate Acid Protect Wound Gel adopts high-purity refined medical hyaluronate acid, of which the average molecular weight is equal to or greater than 900,000. The product contains 1% medical hyaluronate acid, which is the ideal lubricant for osteoarthritis as well as good antiadhesion agent for orthopaedic surgery and tendon operation. The substance is a kind of high-lubricity, sterile, non-pyrogenic, and nonantigenic macromolecular polysaccharide biomaterial. The preparation is packed in pre-filling and pre-sealing injector, which is easy to operate in operation.

    Functions and Mechanisms: having affinity to articular cartilage, covering and protecting surface of articular cartilage and inhibiting cartilage degeneration changes. Distributing in cartilage matrix, it could inhibit emigration of proteoglycan, act on synovial cells, promote biosynthesis of macromolecular hyaluronate acid, increase concentration and molecular weight of sodium hyaluronate in pathological joint synovial fluid, improve spinnability, and act as a barrier between tendon and tendon sheath so as to prevent adhesion of tendons.

    Application Scope: traumatic arthritis, degenerative osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, arthroscopy, tendon repair, orthopedic operation, and protection of various joint operations.
