Urethral catheterization drainage for male patients who suffer paralysis or uroclepsia.

DIRECTIONS:

Position over of penis then unroll the latex sleeve over entire length.
Affix distal end to drainage tubing.
Use adhesive strap around top of sleeve to penis avoiding constriction.

CAUTION:

Sterilized with ethylene oxide.
Single use only, sterile unless package is opened and damaged.
Protect from direct exposure to light. Keep in cool and dry condition.
