XC-V Cone flowmeter

    1.The cone is placed in the center, increasing the flow speed in the perimeter while decreasing the speed in the center, thus homogenizing the flow speed in the tube.Even under low folw speed, the cone can still generate enough pressure difference for measurement.

    2.The signal of differential pressure flowmeter appears to be juming, which is caused by the interference form the vortex downflow the throttle part. The V-shape cone can homogenize the distribution of flow speed, making the vortexes high-frequency and low-amptitude, which is better than the big vortex generated by orifice. This guarantees the high SNR and good performance under low flowrate.
