QLDz cobalt-chromium alloy (framework) is a high-quality non-noble alloy for cast framework, with memory elasticity, it features in high resistance to corrosion, ultrahigh tensile strength and elongation ratio,higher hardness.
      Biological compatibility assessed and certified by inspection organization;
      Higher resistance to corrosion;
      Ultrahigh tensile strength;
      High elasticityanti-distortion ability
      Increased purity and fluidity of the alloy due to manufacturing in vacuum;
Percentage of weight of compositions:
Co 62.5%(max)
Cr 28.5%-30.0%
Mo 3.5%-4.7%
Other C, Ni, Fe and Mn

Physical Properties:
Fusion Temperature 1340 - 1380
Hardness > 32HRC
Tensile Strength > 500N/mm²
Rate of Elongation > 4%

Instructions for Use:

Wax Pattern
The wax pattern shall be prepared according to the standard with a thickness of at least 0.5 mm and the thickness of the casting after sanding and sand blast shall be 0.4 mm.

Embedment
The market available specialized Co-Cr embedding material is used. It use shall be put under strict control according to the instructions provided by the embedding material manufacturers.

Casting
This alloy can be cast with flame or through HF process. Porcelain crucible is selected. Since cobalt-based alloy has a relatively high melting point, the flame shall be relatively stronger when melting,fast melting, prevents the oxidation.
Before melte steel, crucible best in furnace to heat red.(This will speed up the time of melte steel,avoid the metal oxidation, increase the framework intensity, Reduced material waste)
The casting should better under the room temperature for natural cooling.

Caution
Good ventilation is required in the casting shop and sanding shop. Operators must wear gauze mask at work to prevent harm of metal powder to human body.
