Product Detials:Biologica product sterilizing equipment Basic function: The system is specially suitable for sterilizing clothes in hundred-grade sanitary range and other high-standard non-bacteria site, filled container and others. The equipmetn adopts saturated steam as sterilizing medium. It is mainly used in materials in wet and hot sterilizing operation. It has functions of both pulsation vacuum removing cold air disturbing and vacuum drying. Equipment body: Horizontal rectangle structure. High-quality acid-proof stainless steel 316L inner chamber, stainless steel wiring-drawing plate for decoration deck. All of angles of the equipmetn adopt arc, no washing dead angle. The sealing door can adopt air-driven door, mechanical door. The equipment has GMP standard Certification joint for users to certificate the equipment at any time. Control system: It can adopt computer-control or PLC+touching screen system. The system inspects temperature correctly and runs steadily. It has complete sterilizing record. Pipeline system: It adopts the energy pipeline, energy valve which are both 316L sanitary grade material; Heat-resisting air-operated valve is reliable and its use life is long. Vacuum pump has advantages of low noise, high vacuum degree.
