Product Detials:Using proven materials, the processor was designed for a life of at least 10 years. The rollers were extruded by special material which can stand high tenperatrue, high corrosion and wear out. The machine body including tank and covers were made out from onjection mould. Any metal parts on the machine was made of selected Titanium or stainless steel. To ensure high and reliable processing result, we designed a deep but narrow rack for each bath. Sealed chemical circulation system and submerged rollers reduce the oxidization and crystallization to minimum. Besides using high efficience and energy-saving materials, the machine was designed with an energy-saving system, liked dryer and washing water pause when no film being processed.
