• Product Detials:Hardybone splint and Hardybonesplint Poly are intended for use in construction of most common orthopedic splint. Hardybone splint consist of a knitted fiberglass fabric and Hardybonesplint Poly is composed of polyurethane glycol and knitted upper and lower polyester fabric. Both of them are impregnated with a water-activated polyurethane resin. 1 High hardness & light weight Polyurethane's structure consist of soft chain segment & hardness segment; The soft chain segment enhance cohesive force and make hardness stronger. Test shows that the hardness of our products after ossification is 20 times than traditional plaster bandage, which make guarantee injury place reliable and secure fixation after it diaplasis. 2 lacunary (many holes structure) for excellent ventilation: This product made of high quality gauze with special net-knitted technical to reach excellent air penetration, which is in favor of skin ventilation and resolve the problem that tube enswathement lead skin damp and hot & pruritus. 3 Rapid ossification (concretion): It's ossified 3-5 minutes after opening the package and it could bear burden 20 minutes later, while plaster need 24 hours for full ossification and bearing burden. 4 Excellent X-ray penetration: This product have excellent X-ray penetration and X-ray image is very clear, which help doctor learn injury cicatrization situation in the period of cure. But plaster have bad X-ray penetration quality; We need dislodge the plaster to know the injury's cicatrization situation. This product avoid second plaster enswathement when we find that the injury cicatrization doesn't reach standard after beak out the plaster. 5 Good waterproofing quality: This product is smooth after ossification; The moisture -absorbed percent is 85% less than plaster and ordinary fiberglass bandage& splint; Even the patient touch the water situation, it still could keep dry in the injury position; It also could bear second water dipping; The patients could wear it while bath and hydrotherapy. 6 Convenient operation & mold easily: This product could be used after squeeze only 2-3 seconds in room temperature.
