  • Product Detials:Due to the recent prevalence of genetically modified crops, a proper and strict regulatory as well as control system is very much in need. A key to such system is the detection of whether a plant is of a GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) origin and what type of genetic modification was done. Currently, there are mainly two prevalent types of genetically modified plants: Insect-resistant plants and herbicide resistant plants.
    The presence of CP4 EPSPS indicates the plant is genetically modified and such plant is herbicide resistant plant.
    The One Step GeneTrue test Kit for CP4 EPSPS is intended to determine the presence of the CP4 EPSPS endotoxins in genetically modified organisms, in turn to determine whether the product is of GMO origin and whether it is herbicide resistant plant.
