This kit is to utilize in vitro PCR amplification for detecting Hepatitis B virus DNA and to assist in the diagnosis of Hepatitis B virus infection. Application of this kit is only limited to laboratories qualified by local health administrative institutions.
[Brief introduction on the principle and applications]
This kit includes a pair of HBV specific primers, one single-strand HBV specific fluorescence probe, PCR reaction solution, thermostable DNA polymerase (Taq DNA polymerase), four nucleotide monomers (deoxynucleoside triphosphates, dNTPs). The HBV DNA is to be detected by in vitro PCR amplification. The detection limit of this kit is 5.0× 102 IU/ml.
