          XG1.X(Y) normal pressure steam sterilizer adopts pressurized steam as sterilizing medium, it can be widely used in CSSD, operation room, pharmaceutical companies and laboratories, etc. for sterilizing cloths, dressing, instruments, tools and utensils, etc.

        The main body adopts jacket rectangular construction under strict quality and safety standard .The chamber is rectangular structure, which has a much useful space than the round structure. The inner wall is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel through mechanical polish and electrochemical polish, so it is bright, smooth, corrosion resistant and durable. The adoption of automatic welding system prevents avoids the defect from manual welding work.
    The sealing door with radiate-bolt lock structure is safe, easy, reliable, and labor-saving
         The sealing door is equipped with radiated-bolt lock system, and the mechanical safety interlock device prevents the operator from opening the door when the sterilizer is running. There are two specifications: single door and double door.
        Durable, high temperature resistant silicon rubber gasket The sealing gasket is made of heat-resistant silicon rubber which has good elasticity and can stands high temperature at 200, so it has a long using life.
        The air removal and the sterilization controlled by the general valve, and the dry of the items in chamber is realized by the higher temperature in the jacket.
         XG1.X series sterilizer can be equipped with electric heating generator. The steam generated from water heated by the electric heating tube is used for disinfecting and sterilizing
