    XXQ Series of steam serilizer ,with pressure steam as the sterilizer medium,are especially designedto realize prompt through sterilization of cloth,medical dressing,implement and instrument,they are designed,produced and tested according to ISO9001,and widely used in the sterilization in hospital,pharmaceutical factory,laboratory,etc. 

     

    Product characteristics

    • Double-coated cubic body construct,the cubic inner room has more space than the round one.The inner coat is made of quality 304 stainless steel,and processed through machinery polishing and electrochemistry polishing.It is smooth,clean,anti etching and durable.The auto welding system can avoid disfigurement caused by manual welding.
    • security,easy operating,reliability sealed door with radiate bolt lock system,There have two specification of sealed door,the single-layered and double-layered,the latter could separate the polluted from cleaned areaa.
    • The washer is made of heat-resisting silica gel,wiich has good elasticity.Long life,and keep stable at the temperature of 200oC.
    • Control valve is adopted to prevent air,sterilize goods and keep the goods dry by high temperature.
    • The small sized sterilizer could adopt the electric steam generator,the water is heated by electric heating parts to steam.
