Product Detials:Highly absorbent hospital quality cotton wool, encased in a low-adherent tubular non-woven or gauze cover. Can be used for: Cushioned padding: Protection and support for fetlocks, hocks and tendons Insulation: Helps keeps tendons and muscles warm when exercising, eventing and travelling. Wound dressing: For infected and discharging wounds and protective wound padding. Suitable for use on all animals. Can be sterilised. Directions for Use: Cut to the required size and shape and secure with a cohesive or elastic adhesive bandage. To avoid pressure points, do not overlap or fold. At known pressure points (eg the point of the hock), a "relief" hole should be made. If used as a dressing for an exudative wound, veterinary gamgee should be changed frequently.
