• Product Detials:Our GMP approval on basis of ISO9001/13485 This product is used our patented knitting fabrics laminated with Thermo Plastic Urethane (TPU). The final purpose is instead of synthetic leather and USA patent right is in pending. Our aiming is not only for imitated leather but also possessing light weight, softness, air permeability and without lining for garment production. The foundation fabrics is combined our patented fabrics with normal textiles by a knitting thread which is soaked in wax liquid. The soaking prevents the Polyurethane (PU) from penetrating onto the foundation. Therefore the resin(PU) is only exerted onto the patented fabrics. After aging of PU resin, it forms the surface of imitated leather which increases the combination with its tear strength. Then it will be looked like genuine leather after the wax on the combined medium thread being removed. Meanwhile, due to special crochet compound knitting system, it offers fenestrated construction for better air permeability than genuine leather. The TPU we used possesses elasticity with perpendicular and horizontal directions and its thickness is only between 0. 015 to 0. 025mm, however it can be stood for hydrostatic pressure upto 10, 000mm. Also through hi-technology, we derive hydrophile OH base into this TPU film giving it with better humidity permeability (The vapor caused by perspiration is easily going to and fro. ) However this OH base will break the molecular of TPU and subsequently influence the tear strength of fabrics. Of course we have paid attention to this point and it is the reason why we use pile construction instead of part of OH base. Because the pile construction having siphon phenomenon for compensating the loss of OH base if we reduce to use the quantity of OH base. Most of all it will not influence the tear strength of fabrics but on the contrary, the strength will be reinforced. Normally speaking, the traditional imitated leather will possess a certain thickness and density, then the softness and tear strength. Regardless the light weight of said laminated fabrics against imitated leather, furthermore due PU resin exerted only on file construction, i. E. Less resin is used, all of them avoid the problem of hardness and strength reducing caused by too thick and dense. Besides the above mentioned, we also arrange suitable density for welt and course in the knitting system. Regarding to the test of our TPU, please refer to the following table for user reference. Herewith we would like to draw user special attention, the concerned test result is much better than the enlisted table after TPU has been laminated with our patented fabrics. The TPU we use is thin film with coating treatment. The coating makes our product more similar to the genuine leather which will be more suitable for meeting user requirements. On this stage, we use this product for outer covering of bed mattress and under pant for incontinence. Our patented fabrics is used for producing surgical gowns, drapes, and hi-efficiency face mask etc. However we will promote this product to the other field, such as: Snow jacket, warming dress, wind-proof jacket, gloves and uniforms for medical staffs etc. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
