    XG1.U series of sterilizers, with pressure steam as the sterilization medium, are especially designed to realize prompt thorough sterilization of cloth, medical dressing, implement and instrument in supply room, pharmaceutical factory, and laboratory. They have been widely used in hospitals and pharmaceutical industries, and can be substituted completely for the imported ones.

    The main body adopts jacket and rectangle construction under strict quality and safety standard The inner wall is made of high-quality stainless steel, and is processed trough mechanical polish and electrochemical polish, so it is smooth, corrosion-resistant and durable. The auto welding system can avoid disfigurement caused by manual welding.
    The sealing door with radiate-bolt lock system is safe, easy, reliable, and labor-saving
    The sealing door adopts radiated-bolt lock system, and the mechanical and electronic device prevents the operator from opening the door when the sterilizer is running. There are two specifications: single door and double door. The double door interlock guarantees the isolation between the polluted area and clean area.
    Heat-resisting and durable silicon rubber gasket
    The gasket is made of heat-resisting silicon rubber which has good elasticity, can stands high temperature of 200 to guarantee the long using life.
